Before launching the business, the owner worked alongside other contractors, learning every stage of the trade through hands-on installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and project management. That experience provided a deeper understanding of what property owners actually need when investing in fencing, gates, access control systems, and security improvements.

Over time, one challenge became increasingly clear. Many customers were looking for quality workmanship and clear communication, but often found themselves dealing with large companies where the person providing the estimate was not involved once the project began.
